THE WELLNESS AREA IN MY ISLAND HAPPINESS

During your vacation, spend a day on the island where you can simply enjoy and devote yourself to rest and relaxation – in our wellness hotel with a hydrojet. Or round off an active day of cycling on Lake Constance in our wellness area.
You would like to use our wellness area undisturbed with your companion and let yourself be pampered. No problem! Use our wellness area undisturbed for 3 hours from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with sparkling wine and appetizers (price for 2 people and 3 hours: €210.-). Enjoy the peace and really relax. We are happy to receive your request HERE.

OUR SPA AREAS

SAUNA

The temperature in the sauna is about 80 to 90 degrees. Sweating purifies the body and regular sessions strengthen the immune system and support making the body less susceptibile for colds. Plan enough time for sauna and allow your body to rest between the sessions.

SANARIUM

The sanarium also known as bio sauna is a derivation of the classic Finnish sauna. In contrast to the classic sauna the temperature is lower (approx. 60 degrees) and the humidity is higher (approx. 50%).

STEAM BATH

The steambath is a watertight room where steam of approx. 60 degrees is poured out. This steam moistens the skin and is pleasant and clears your head. Regular steams baths prevent diseases and stimulates your metabolism.

REST ROOM

With a cuddly bathrobe you may relax in the rest room between sauna sessions, steam baths or other treatments. Bury into our magazines, drink plenty of water or tea, close your eyes and listen to the gentle music – or just enjoy the silence.

OUTDOOR AREA

Our wellness area offers an outdoor section with a wood deck, hot tub and a small lawn for sunbathing. On our deckchairs or beach chairs you may literally take a time out.

INFRA RED CABIN

In contrast to sauna the body is warmed up by infrared ray instead of warm air. The warmth establishes a pleasant feeling of heat.

ISLAND WELLNESS

To complement or end an active day during your island vacation, book a relaxing massage on our medical massage table. Isn’t that pure island happiness? In accordance with the principle of sustainability, we open daily between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on personal request.

General Information On Using Our Wellness Area If You Are Not A Hotel Guest:

  • Please register in advance, as we have not basically heated up our wellness area in accordance with the above principle of sustainability
  • Entrance fees: € 25 per person
  • Loan of bathrobe and sauna towel: €13 plus a deposit of €50 (you get €50 back when you return it)
